I have to share our late lunch/early supper recipe for today:
Saute onion, garlic, ginger and a skirt steak in a bit of oil. Add Teriyaki and soy sauce to taste, along with cilantro, salt and pepper, or diced hot peppers. Toss with half a package of spaghetti noodles and serve warm or cold.
Mmmm. Cost? Around $5.
