which I bought the day before because, hello, they were two for $5. That's amazing. And they're very big. (But not organic, which is okay by me since conventionally grown cauliflower is not on the dirty dozen list, it's actually #31) I soaked it in cold water and vinegar, which is a great low cost vegetable wash, if you ever need one.
One cauliflower got chopped up for last night's meal (a curry of potato, cauliflower, squash, tomato, pork and coconut milk) and the other was steamed, pureed and frozen for later use.
