Roasted pepper soup

Making soup via the simplest recipe I know.  Wash peppers, tomatoes, garlic and a jalapeno.  Give everything a good slosh of olive oil and roast for about an hour at 300F.  Peel it all and blend it.

You can do whatever you like after that - a dash of cream, some chicken stock, seasonings.  I do none of that.  I just eat it.
