Ministry Update January 25th

1.  We've learned that most of the Wesleyan churches will be holding their annual votes in February, which means that if a minister doesn't have the congregation's vote they will start resigning after finding out.  Sooooo...that gives us a bit better understanding of when, exactly, we'll start noticing more job postings.

2.  We finally have a resume finished and sent off to one of the Wesleyan pastors who have offered to proof read for us.  The last step in getting this done was to write David's Statement of Ministry, which proved to be the most complicated paragraph I think he's ever had to write.  Now that it's done, and sent, we're just going to have to wait for the first round of corrections/suggestions to come back before deciding whether to have the document edited a second time.
