More pictures of food...

And experimental lasagna recipe from this week.  Tomato sauce base.

A layer of whole wheat noodles.

Cottage cheese.


Cooked, chopped spinach.


Portabello mushrooms.


Repeat for four layers.


$10 and we ate for two days.  Easily serves 6-8.

A bit saucy, and I did miss the white sauce, but $10....I can forgive a lot for that!
