Have you read the latest over at Keeper of the Home? Stephanie is talking a lot about her Plan It-Don't Panic Meal planning challenge, starting Sept. 26 and running for 6 weeks. I'm very excited about this, not just because I'm terrible at meal planning and need help desperately in that area (and acountability. ahem.) but also because I think this is a great, cost-effective, simple idea that may revolutionize my kitchen! Or maybe just get dinner on the table every night. Whatevs.
Step 1: I've read this before, and I think I probably believe it. The average family cycles through about 21 favourite meals over and over again. So, since this is 6 weeks, I'm going to make up the recipes for our 21 most-eaten meals and just do those.
Anyone care to join me?

I don't know if I'm ready for a six week plan, due to a new job and different shifts every week, but I'm definitely up for at least 2 weeks!!
