Prepare to be bored-ed.

The trip is 22 hours long and we leave in, oh, about 4 hours.  I have at least one huge load of laundry to do, a bed to strip, a bath to be had, lunch to be made, bags to be packed, shoes to be cleaned and stored away from clothes, carry-on luggage to be separated from checked luggage and all that that entails (does the baby need an abacus in the next 22 hours?  How about pajamas?  What is our food plan?) and, of course, everyone to bid farewell.

Naturally, because I am excellent at procrastinating and general disorderliness I am squeezing in a last blog post and debating whether or not to have a second cup of tea.  Plus there is leftover spinach dip and tandoori chicken pizza in the fridge and I'm thinking about a raid.  It will have to be covert because if that little baby sees Mama eating he'll want it too.

That little baby who woke up this morning with a temperature and green mucus pouring out of him!  Hurrah!  A nice Spring cold to herald us home to New Brunswick!
